Lol Threadless.com just made my day XD I was just surfing random sites and came across their slogan t-shirt section. I laughed XD
Here are some of the slogans that cracked me up:

HONK if you are about to run me over.
Boomerangs: They're making a comeback
10 out of 10 people agree: We all agree
To err is human, to arr is pirate            -> (He he)
Global warming: All the cool planets are doing it.
If history repeats itself, I'm totally getting a dinosaur.
Nostalgia was better in the old days.
Actually, medicine is the best medicine.
Resist peer pressure. All the cool kids are doing it.
Forget science, I'm donating my body to magic
I supplement my personality with witty shirts      -> (LOL!)
I 'occasionally' use air quotes.
Life is like a box of terrible analogies.
Organ donor (see inside for details)
Origami turned my pants into this shirt       -> (This one made me squirt coffee out my nose XD)
I feel all warm and fuzzy inside, like I swallowed a kitten.
Roses are green, violets are yellow, also, I'm colorblind.
The art of conversation is, like, kinda dead and stuff.       -> (Yes! I want this :D)
Rock is dead and paper killed it.
Allow me to explain through interpretive dance
Stop destroying our planet. It's where I keep all my stuff.
Being vague is almost as fun as doing this other thing.      ->(lol lol lol XD XD)
Video games ruined my life. Good thing I have two extra lives.   -> (This one is quite famous, I think)
Procrastinators: leaders of tomorrow

These are a lot funnier on the t-shirts, so go check them out -> http://www.typetees.com/

Gothic & Lolita Bible, Yellow Hair and a Hairbrush

March 28th, 2008 (04:52 pm)

I just got the new Gothic & Lolita Bible today. I forgot to renew my subscription so now I'm just buying them from yesasia which is actually cheaper, so that's good.
Sadly the G&LB is starting to become more boring lately. I flipped through it and nothing really popped out as special. It's like meh I've seen it all before. Everything is so sweet! I like the darker/deconstructed styles a lot and wish they would do more of those. Although Angelic Pretty really try to do something different with their whole bleu/blanc/rouge French theme. I'm not sure how well I like it though. And it's funny how a lot of the models have yellow hair all of a sudden. It reminds me of Frenchy's hair in Grease XD

See? Their hair is yellow! Okay the last one is more orange, but still a funky color.

Very small update. This is a dress I made for school a couple of weeks ago. The picture was looking a bit dull so I drew a few flowers and a smiling sun on it. The end.
Ps. Japanese is going well. We're learning to write hiragana, it's surprisingly easy.

19th Century Etiquette for Gentlemen

April 9th, 2005 (06:14 pm)

current mood: amused
current song: melody. - Dreamin' Away

I was searching reference pictures for 19th century dresses and came across this hilarious site about how gentlemen should behave in the 19th century. Did you know that you (the gentleman) should never bow to someone you have not been properly introduced to? Quote: "Bows are for people with whom one is acquainted; you are not acquainted if you have not been introduced."

There are a lot more tips for boys who are thinking of traveling back in time, like what to wear and how to lead a conversation and such. And my favorite - a gentleman always asks permission before looking at his watch and then of course apologizes afterwards.
